Photonic imaging and image analysis platform at IFM

The IFM Photonic Imaging facility provides researchers with high-performance equipment and scientific expertise in photonic microscopy (confocal microscopy, video microscopy and image analysis). It provides assistance and training in photonic microscopy, image acquisition and processing.

Access, booking, prices

Access conditions depend on the user’s level of training and the assistance required to use the equipment. Users must contact the manager for all new registrations.

Equipment

Microscope confocal TCS SP5 II (Leica) sur microscope droit DM6000 stage avec des objectifs 10x, 40x (eau et huile), 63x et 100x, lasers 405, 476, 488, 514, 562, 633 nm, 3 détecteurs et 1 détecteur pour la transmission.
Vidéomicroscope rapide confocal avec disque de Nipkov (Spinning Disk). Tête CS20, HBO et lasers, sur un microscope Leica DMI4000 inversé, avec des objectifs 20x, 40x, 63x, et 100x, une platine motoriése x,y, une roue à filtres Lambda 10, une enceinte thermostatée, une caméra intensifiée. Pilotage Metamorph.
Vidéomicroscope DMIRE2, platine piézo motorisée x, y, z, objectifs 10x, 20x, 63x et 100x, roue à filtres d’excitation (CFP, YFP, GFP, DsRed), DIC, enceinte thermostatée, caméra intensifiée Roper Cascade, pilotage Metamorph.
Deux microscopes à fluorescence DM6000 (Leica) équipés d’une caméra CCD (Micromax et Coolsnap), entièrement motorisés. Filtres pour le DAPI, FITC/GFP, Cy3/Rhoda et Cy5, objectifs 10x, 20x, 40x, 63x et 100x, DIC. Pilotage lMetamorph. Possible acquisition automatique à plusieurs longueurs d’onde et « stitching ».
Microscope confocal compact FV10i (Olympus), avec des diodes laser 405, 473, 559 et 635 nm, des objectifs 10x et 60x, 2 détecteurs + 1 détecteur pour la transmission.
Macroscope MVX10 (Olympus) avec des objectifs 0,63x,1x, et 2x, et des filtres pour CFP, YFP, GFP et RFP.


Microscope à transmission et épifluorescenceProvis (Olympus) avec caméra couleur Coolsnap.
Logiciels d’analyse d’image et reconstruction 3D: Metamorph, Huygens, Imaris.
